Mark Wysong
Chief Executive Officer
Mark believes that one person can make a difference! He is motivated to improve not only his company, but local, regional, national, and global communities as well. He believes each person has a unique contribution to make, and from a value perspective does not believe in the separation of personal and business values. This integrated approach has kept Mark attuned to issues of social consciousness and corporate responsibility. Mark was awarded TAPPI's Shibley Award for his work in composting primary and secondary sludge generated from Pacific Northwest Pulp and Paper facilities. His 30-year career has brought management innovation to a broad range of related strategic and tactical issues including Resource Allocation and Optimization, Capital Preservation, Organizational Development, Environmental Stewardship and Corporate Responsibility, Entrepreneurship, and Community/Social Advocacy. Mark has spent several years providing high-level chemical management consulting, giving companies large and small visibility into toxicity and savings. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his family.
Dr. Tim Doré
Chief Technology Officer
Tim has been designing, coding, and implementing software systems since 1976, specifically for the PC environment since 1980. He is one of the founders of Dolphin Software™ and the original author of the industry-leading Dolphin Comply Plus® line of software. He was also the chief software engineer and technical lead for Green Product Selector, a cornerstone of Dolphin Safe Source®. Tim is a member of APICS and has written numerous software systems for MRP, MPS, Payroll, Customer Order Entry and Invoicing, Maintenance Management, and MSDS Management. He has degrees in Business (Production & Operations Management), Computer Science, and Mathematics and a Doctorate in Information Systems. Tim manages programming functions at Dolphin as well as production and operations. His main focus is design and implementation of new systems, modifications to existing products, and new client specifications.
