In working with those vendors, Dolphin Safe Source® will require those vendors to maintain similar standards regarding the privacy of personally identifiable customer information provided to them. We will require a written agreement with the vendor requiring the vendor to abide by our standard of conduct.

Our operational and data processing services are performed in a secure environment that protects customer account information from being accessed by third parties. Dolphin Safe Source® will maintain and grant access to customer information only in accordance with acceptable internal security standards.
PROVIDING PRIVACY INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS AND REPONDING TO INQUIRIES Dolphin Safe Source® is committed to respecting our customers' privacy rights. A copy of this policy will be provided to our customers at the initial opening of their relationship with us and at least annually thereafter.
